On December 21, Ariana Grande showed off the engagement ring she received from her boyfriend Dalton Gomez on Instagram. The 27-year-old vocalist’s post attracted more than 11 million likes after just a few hours being shared.
The singer captioned a carousel of five photos which included snapshots of the couple cuddling as well as close-ups of a massive diamond-and-pearl engagement ring as follows: “Forever n then some”.
Following Ariana’s announcement are hundreds of thousands of comments from fans to congratulate the young couple.
According to a source to People, they couldn’t be happier then and the two were filled with joy and that it was the happiest time for both. Meanwhile, US Weekly quoted that they were deeply in love and committed to spend the rest of their lives with each other.
“I am so excited to welcome Dalton Gomez into our family!” Joan Grande, the pop star’s mother, wrote on Twitter. “Ariana, I love you and Dalton so much!!!! Here’s to happily ever after! YAY! xoxoxo.”
Ariana and Dalton are reportedly to begin dating in January,2020. Their relationship was initially kept quiet, after Grande and Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson called off their engagement in October 2018. They appeared together in the music video for “Stuck with U,” Grande’s collaboration with Justin Bieber in May before making it official in June when Grande included a photo of herself embracing Gomez in a carousel celebrating her 27th birthday.
Dalton Gomez – the fiance of “34 + 35” hit owner is 25 years old and a native of Southern California. He grew up in the San Bernardino area before moving to Los Angeles, where he met his lady love. He has worked with famous clients as a real estate agent for the Aaron Kirman Group, including NBA star Chandler Parsons.
Before being engaged to her current boyfriend, Ariana Grande dated Pete Davidson comedian in May 2018, they quickly got engaged and then canceled in October of the same year. In addition, the 9X female star is also famous for her two-year love affair with the late male singer Mac Miller (from 2016 to 2018).
